Broccoli Potato Casserole

Pansy Ass Broccoli-Potato Casserole

Here we combine some of our favorite lame ass vegetables and glue them together with cheese. God damn, we love cheese. This Fall KA favorite makes for a great outside-of-the-box, tradition-breaking Thanksgiving side dish. Because fuck tradition. At least we’re not asking you to switch the turkey with tofu.

What To Do With It
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Boil the potatoes on high in salted water for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Let them cool then cut into thick slices.
  2. Dump the broccoli, onion, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, basil, garlic, breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese into a mixing bowl. Mix the shit out of the ingredients. Fold in the potatoes and the broccoli and throw the mixture into a baking dish. Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese and throw it into the oven.
  3. Bake the casserole for 25 - 30 minutes until the broccoli is soft and the cheese is bubbly. Top with some pretty green shit and serve as a side dish.
